i have left flank/side/waist pain and the left last rib is sore when touched

i also have numbness in my arms and legs, trouble sleeping

urinalysis from last month shows high ALT, AST suggestive of a fatty liver and traces of albumin

ultrasound, ct stono show nothing but healthy internal organs except for some mild pelvocaliectasis and chronic bladder outlet obstruction but the Nephro said it'll go away on its own with enough water intake. however, ureter stones won't show on those tests as they are transluscent

i can describe the pain as dull on the inside and does not throb whenever i fart, sneeze, burp, yawn, laugh or cough

the pain is constant and does not go away and continues to stay there for almost 3 weeks now

pain is tolerable though, not painful when bending, twisting, lying down. it is more of a discomfort and uneasiness but still bothers me to the core

was just checked today and was given paracetamols 4x a day and muscle relaxants 3x a day. will repeat urine and blood chem and monitor levels of albumin and liver enzymes 2 weeks from now
