Thoughts? This guy always has some outlandish takes on music but I thought this one was his worst one.

Edit: for context as some asked about ages, I’m 20 and he’s 23. He tried to play some songs from his latest album and I told him they’re very forgettable and I tried to play soundtrack 2 my life for him and he called it trash, so I walked away at that point.

Agree to disagree. I've seen both live. Not comparable at all. I know that's not important for some but to me it means a lot. I feel like it shows raw artistic ability to be able to make great music, perform it, and have it sound similar onstage vs off.

People have always tended to over inflate one's musical impact after they die and try to GOAT them.

Ex. Otis Redding, XXXtentacion, Joy Division, Selena, Jeff Buckley, Big L, Bradley Nowell(sublime), J Dilla, Nick Drake.

It happens in every generation.

Juicewrld only goated now because he died. I'll also die on this hill.
