Kickboxing/Boxing 3 days a week. What kind of training should I do on my days off?
Post Body

I train at a local boxing/kickboxing gym every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. We do 12 rounds switching from shadowboxing, double end bag and heavy bag. Then we do medicine ball work and kicking/mobility. So mostly cardio and muscle endurance.

I reckon Sunday would be a good day for stretching and muscle recovery, but what should I do with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday? I'm considering using those days for push/pull/ legs and core. I have a couple kettlebells and a pull up bar so at-home workouts are in the cards. I figured working in a couple runs/sprints would be a good idea as well.

What do you guys do? How do I make the most out of my days where I'm not in the gym training?
