Individual IDs don’t have actual colour recs, but high or low contrast colours seem either more yang or yin, because more contrast means more visual weight which is a feature for yang clothing. For example a more balanced T shirt might become more yin if it blends into the skin tone. And a dress that looks kinda finely detailed weightless can become more fitting for a white person of a yang type if it is in a very dark colour, because that adds contrast (meaning weight and yang) back into the look.
My conflict comes from individual colour recs for a Person that might conflict with your yin and yang. I’m a person with very light skin and red hair, so this and that colour system will give me light warm colour recommendations but if I follow those I’m missing out on adding yang through colour.
