Is it possible to need to accommodate elongation, width and curve?

I'm in between FN and SD. I know that any type can have an hourglass figure, but not every type has to "accommodate" it. I also know SD can have a bit broader shoulders. I have broader shoulders (FN) , I have longer legs and i look tall (D), but I also feel like I have almost a "romantic" torso (as opposed to a TR torso, which i would say is more narrow), so that would be an R undercurrent. Anyway, I'm not totally sure which one I am. I feel like I almost mix the 2 types? What I'm asking is, what happens when you have to accommodate all 3? What type are you then?
