2021 SX Prestige rear wheel clicking at low speeds

My 2021 will click and it feels like Iām rolling over cracks in pavement at low speeds such as when Iām at a stop sign and proceed to go, turn right or left. Once it gains speed, that clicking, bumping sensation stops 70k miles. Anybody else have that? Wheels are aligned and balanced. Oils are changed regularly.
