Heat issue in 2022 Niro EV

Hi - I have a 2022 Niro EV (EX Premium) and overall love it. Just my lease is way too expensive but that’s another issue. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the heat setting in the cabin blows ambient/room temperature air instead of hot air. Not always. Sometimes the air will start hot and then go to ambient or lukewarm temp. This is super frustrating when it’s really cold out and I’m blasting the heat in my car trying to warm up, and suddenly the air is no longer warm/hot. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?
