I really wish the remote start in the app functioned exactly like the key fob

The key fob actually starts the car and the climate control stays on when you open the door. With the app, the climate control activates, but turns off as soon as the door opens. My 17 Bolt had a happy medium where remote start, key fob or the app, would start climate control without starting the vehicle and the climate stayed on when door opens. On my 21 Kia Niro EV, it's almost useless to have climate turn off when I open the door to get in. It's literally so hot that it undoes any usefulness it tried to accomplish lol
