Could not get the car above 25 miles an hour, uphill dropped to 15mph. Called road assistance (AA-uk) Apparently the 12v is not getting any power or charge. No real help jump starting, car back home in drive now as lease company trying is to sort out pick up of car and lease. Has anyone else had this, any ideas or advise? Jump starting is not enough.

Edit* Tried to charge the car again at home to see if anything re set but unfortunately now the car will not charge, the easee charger kicks in but no charge is going through and then it turns off after 45 seconds and the app says “there was a problem”. The company that installed the charger is also looking into the problem and my car is booked into Kia on the 16th March. Very frustrating for this to happen to a brand new car! 😖
