Question about V2L

From Canada here! Iām looking to get the GT line 1 package; but I noticed that only the GT line 2 comes with V2L. Iām confused if this is referring to the plug inside the vehicle at the rear seats or if it includes the external V2L adaptor ? Can I buy a V2L adaptor and use it on the lower trim levels?
Has anyone encountered this yet? My dealership seems fairly uninformed about the features of this vehicle which is concerning me.
