Nervous to move forward with lease

Admittedly, this is a VERY VERY generic run on numbers, but for some reason I see it and it turns me off as being too much to pay for a lease compared to numbers and deals I see others are getting here. The deal is for a EV6 Wind. I’m also hesitant because I don’t want to go through the process of a credit check and still not like the deal (I have excellent credit).
Am I overthinking this?
