Khruangbin is a musical trio formed in Houston, Texas, known for their unique blend of global influences including Thai funk, soul, psychedelia, and surf rock. The band consists of Laura Lee on bass, Mark Speer on guitar, and Donald "DJ" Johnson on drums. Their name, "Khruangbin," is Thai for "airplane" or "flying engine."

Since their formation in 2010, they've gained widespread acclaim for their mesmerizing instrumental soundscapes and captivating live performances.
