Upcoming raiding. What should we do to prepare?

If you guys haven't seen, Mudkip is going to start raiding again. On civex he was notorious for only raiding small nations and raiding when no one was online. He's allegedly not great at pvp, so there is the opportunity to defend ourselves.
Anything you guys want to do to prepare? We'd be willing to block up the tunnel to the mainland.
