This has probably already been discussed, but was anyone confused with DS Kha not having a voice filter?

I just bought the skin, and I found it odd that Mecha Kha, the first 1350 ever I might add, had a filtered voice w/ some new lines, yet, for the same champion, another 1350 skin released years later doesn't. I would've liked something Kassadin-esque over the original VO.
