Not allowed to return Gen2

I got my Gen 2 device in Mid july. I then learned about Gen 3 and the lack of future support. After coming back from vacation I sent an email to support requesting a refund. They wanted pictures of the unopened box which took me a while to provide as I was busy with work. I finally get them pictures and now they tell me I’m outside the 30 day window.
This company is not serious about their users, do not waste your money and don’t trust them with any crypto.
