Beginner Question on SAS ratings

Hi all,
New to the game. I bought an original CoTA deck, and a WC deluxe just to get some tokens. When I discovered the deck breakdown site my Archons deck is SAS 69, and WC deck is SAS 52. Do SAS ratings really matter? Because the WC deck seems like a dud. Wondering if I should just stick with the above-average Archon deck to start out and learn it?
