The support from the manufacturer is non existent, there's no phone number to call, and nobody answers the emails.
My order has had issues with getting past the customs and has been stuck in the clearance office for the past week. All this requires is for the manufacturer to call DHL to get the issue resolved, but there has been zero action on Keychron's side. I've sent multiple emails in the past week and have seen nothing but automated responses. Reached out to the support thread and of course zero response in the last 20 hours or so.
Save yourself the trouble and just get the damn thing from Amazon. God forbid theres something wrong with this keyboard and I have to contact them again through this stupid email system.
