How does McDonald’s stay in business?

I have been living in Key West for over a year now and I do not understand how the McDonald’s here stays in business. The service is terrible. The orders are almost always wrong and the managers are nasty. To top it all off ownership and management never respond to any complaints and they basically wave off customers like hey we got your money so screw off.
