My last ketamine session had me feeling like I was in an eternal time loop. It felt like time only works up until I take ketamine and then I get stuck in this place that I feel I have been an infinite number of times. At this point I feel like I am as light and dissociated as styrofoam. I feel like my therapist is just there as some kind of eternal observer. I also got this huge sense of panic that I had permanently broke my brain and hit insanity that I can’t come back from.

Has anyone had this similar experience?
