I have surgery scheduled in two weeks - did anyone else pause Ketamine before surgery?

I sent my docs the question today and have my post op next week, but wanted to ask on here if anyone received directions either way. I do IV therapy and I'd rather not skip, but I will certainly do as directed by my doctors.
