Should I be completely tapered off ssri

Hi everyone,
I start IM infusions in a few weeks for a KAP journey. I have been on SSRI’s for 20 years, and I want to be off or almost off when I start the ketamine.
I was on 50mg of Paxil, and have done a pretty quick two week taper down to 20mg. I have some withdrawal symptoms but it’s tolerable. Should I try to drop to 0 before I start ketamine in 3 weeks? I don’t want the treatment to not be effective if I’m withdrawing still.
