Bases and Stations Reborn mod contract issue

So, when after I finished the contract Scout for a location for a base, like the one with the rover, it is marked as completed on the contract window. However, when I look at the Launch an Offworld base contract, it says I haven’t launched a scout rover yet. It also says I’m building another base when I’m not?
If anyone has encountered this before, please tell me if I’m doing something wrong or I’m just dumb
