I'd like to launch a single rocket with a dummy payload to a given orbit, and then be able to send any smaller or equal payload to the same orbit with a few clicks, without actually flying the rocket.

For example, if I have a MyRocket that can push 100tons to low Kerbin orbit, I'd like to be able to create any 100ton payload and have it "teleported" to that orbit, paying for the cost of the rocket, but without actually having to fly it.

I am NOt looking for things like kOS, that require the rocket to be actually flown.
