Diagnosed with Keratoconus last week in Boston MA at mass eye and ear emergency room got lucky enough to see a cornea specialist this coming Wednesday. Ended up in the ER last night with severe eye pain and light sensitivity diagnosed with severely dry eye my vision was at a 20/125? without my glasses on. How bad is it? They currently have me on artificial tears every 2 hours, antibiotic eye drops 5 times daily and ointment at bedtime for the next 5 days and want to recheck me in 5 days which is a pain because Boston is 1.5 hours from me. I also was able to make a sclera lense fitting scleral lense appointment for the end of January. I feel like Iām in this whole new world and learning something new every single day about this diagnosis. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
