Hello,
I have a diagnosis of Keratoconus, and had corneal topography around 6 months ago - the ophthalmologist didn’t seem too knowledgeable about KC, and was going on websites via google infront of me. Nevertheless, I have noticed progression in my R) eye, and am due to get another set of topography to assess for evidence of progression.
I have stopped rubbing my eyes, except dor lightly when I dry my face, but I was curious - are there any other lifestyle factors to take into consideration living with KC?
Any advice is appreciated
