Is it possible to have keratoconus and astigmatism?

Post Body

I recently received a copy of my medical records from my eye doctor. I read through them out of curiosity, and noticed that myopia, astigmatism and keratoconus were listed under the diagnoses. I got to thinking....is it possible to have astigmatism and KC at the same time, or does KC supercede astigmatism? If not, I'm assuming the astigmatism diagnosis is left over from before. This really doesn't make a difference with anything, but I'm curious about it nonetheless. Thanks!
