Just Random thoughts...

Check out these 2 scenarios, and tell me Who of the 2 is safe. .

Scenario one: Buys fresh milk 5 litres from a farm, goes home and boils it, then refrigerates (freezing) it so that it can be used daily for 5 days.

Scenario two: Buys the milk in packets (the one written long life) from the supermarket, which doesn't require refrigeration since it has a life span of 90 days. (expiry date is usually 90 days from the day of packaging).

Out of these two persons, who's living a healthy lifestyle, and why?
