Clothes Size-Swap.. Please help

I got gifted these nice (or so I think) clothes from the US. Mostly shirts, polo neck t-shirts and a slim fit trouser. They are all MEDIUM size.. I'm guessing waist 32-34. I'm a small frame guy, size SMALL.
I could use some clothes... My request is, I send you whichever outfit you like, for a size small purchase locally?
