Kenshi Mod for Terraforming?

Just saw a post and it made the thought pop up in my head, what if we were able to command characters to terraform land?
Build rivers, make mountains, retaining walls, place rocks etc
I know this would probably be a huge load on a computer but just a thought.
Would you enjoy doing this?
