I was near an outpost and had a couple of interesting encounters...not all violent. I went in and bought/sold. Looked at my map and there was a red dot nearby. Mouse over did nothing. I ran there and found nothing out of the ordinary. Saved, exited. Now I loaded the save again and set out. Looked at the map. The dot is now green but again nothing is there and no mouse over info.
What is that? Why was it red and why is it now green?
