I am completely satisfied with this outcome (taking apart the off-screen) because it clearly shows three things:

• That Setsuna clearly was leagues above his ashura self (he is a prodigy like ohma, this years of course paid a good improvement), but still wasn't enough for a guy like Tiger Niko, giving him some serious injuries, but at the cost of his life.

• The dangerous it can be for a strong character like Tiger Niko, Edward or Fei, to underestimate his opponent just because they are way stronger, because they are still fighting a fine opponent who just need a good opening to do serious damage.

• That Sandro's way of dealing with extremely powerful antagonists is to make them underestimate a weaker than them, but still strong character who will take a convenient opportunity to defeat them (even at a great risk) before they get serious.

So we just know how things with Wu Long will go. This is why fights between individuals that are quite equal are usually the best fights (Seki vs Okubo, Kuroki vs Kanoh, Gao vs Hatsumi), because Sandro doesn't need to come up with something like this if he wants the fight not to be one-sided...

Unless Sandro wants to make things differently and show us a creative way of dealing with someone like "The connector", I would really love that.

Regardless of the outcome, I will always love you kengan, I'm already way hooked to this series to quit, even if tomorrow koga off-screens Wu Long (please not).
