Therapy & The Netjeru
Post Body

I'm still new to all this. I am still in my learning phase. But when the Gods came to me intially they put heavy emphasis on getting my mental health in order. Which I am in the process of as I have started therapy recently.

A side effect of being visited by Them is that I feel like a new person. I am obviously not whole yet but there is a fire under my *** now to REALLY put in the effort of trying to better myself..

I'm wondering if this new found lust for life is something I should bring up in therapy... tl:dr = should I tell my therapist about finding hope in this new religion?

Or is it something I should keep to myself? I know polytheistic type religions aren't really "popular" and while therapists SHOULD be neutral it's not always the case unfortunately.

I guess I'm asking if anyone has shared there experiences with others was it met with positivity or at the very least neutrality? Or was it met with judgment
