Hi there. I am a trans man and had top surgery a couple years ago. My scars seem to be keloid but aren’t super intense but definitely not flat and kinda puffy, sometimes they itch or are irritated feeling, till this day. Aside from that, I also obviously don’t like the appearance and it makes me self conscious in public places being shirtless, because then it gives me away basically.

Most trans man who have had top surgery, I see have flatter lighter scarring that has gone away almost after a couple years or at least much less noticeable to tell.

I’m wondering if injections would work for this as well? They are long lined scars across the chest and thinner, slightly purple in color.
