So I've recently discovered a few sources of high quality raw milk in my area as well as a "food club" from PA I can order from every two weeks.. I got a gallon from the food club a little over two months ago, I had a lot come up recently including last minute travel, death, etc, so I've barely touched it. It's in glass in the coldest part of my fridge with the full cream top still intact, I maybe only had one cup from it. I got it with the intentions of drinking half the first week while I make kefir with the rest for the second week, since we can order bi-weekly. I read that raw milk doesn't really spoil, it just sours and/or turns into yogurt, but is two months pushing it?
