Beginner to Kefir and want to confirm if i did it right.
Post Body
Hey. I let it sit for 18-24 hours before straining, and it was smelling and tasting sour. Is it correct? I thought it was supposed to be thick and sweet-ish, like i bought from store. Any corrections? tips?
Btw I am talking about milk kefir.
