Hi, I have been doing research for upcoming net neutrality video.
I have read various sources, differing viewpoints, the FFC docket, listened to Ajit Pai's interviews, listened to talking points from both telcom companies, telcom supporters, and supporters of net neutrality.
You name it, I've probably read it.
However, I am looking for how would the process for "Restoring Internet Freedom". From what I understand, "Restoring Internet Freedom" is a bill that needs to be passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate but I could be wrong.
I could be wrong, however. I keep hearing that all the FCC has to do is repeal Title II and that would be it for the net neutrality. Then, it would go into the Courts of Appeals.
I am not a lawyer but I definitely know what would the process for "Restoring Internet Freedom" and repealing of Title II would be in a step-by-step fashion so I would know how to best handle it - other than just calling Congress, although I am not against taking such action.
Thank you, Just An Internet Citizen Doing His Duty
