Is there an easy way to shop with US phone number and credit card to send to KZ friend?

I would like to purchase some friends in Almaty gifts for Christmas from the US, what is the easiest way to do this that doesn't rely on overpriced package forwarding companies? Is there an online KZ marketplace that will allow me to purchase with my US info? Thank you for any useful replies.
