I am writing this post because I have a few questions. I am a teen from the United States and Iām going on a quest to make every nations national dish. This weekend Iām preparing to make Beshbarmak from Kazakhstan! I was wondering how it is customarily eaten, (I.e. occasion, utensils, etc.) As I understand it the name of the dish translates to five fingers so naturally it is to be eaten with your hands but is it okay to use a fork? Thank you for any responses!
