How far can a non-experienced kayaker travel in a day?

Hey! I’m considering a very last minute and spontaneous kayaking trip, but I have no clue how long to allow. It’s approx 60 miles, quite straight, in a relatively narrow canal so calm water, no extreme currents, favourable weather and long days. I am 24, reasonably fit and naturally athletically built, although I do not kayak and have only ever done so leisurely. How many days would you suggest allowing for this?
