Best fit for $800 or less?

I know there's a ton of posts like this lately with everyone getting into the hobby during quarantine, but I too could use some purchasing advice from the knowledgeable paddlers here.
I'm 5'11" and about 230lbs and looking for a kayak to take out on local lakes and rivers in North Dakota. Any reccomendations? As the title would suggest I'm not looking to spend more than $800.
I'd prefer something that'll be comfortable for a few hours at a time, in a recreational sort of setting instead of fishing.
