2020 z900 check engine light, KTC light, and "power" light

Does anyone out there have a solution to this problem? My 2020 z900 has been flashing these lights since I've been getting it ready for the spring. Unfortunately my battery had died but I charged it back up. And that's when I started to get all these lights. My bike has been due for its first service so I took it to the shop so they can do that and try to reset these lights but nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
