Traditional vs kava ball

I tried traditional for the first time after using the kava ball for months. Didn't feel anything much when using the ball but traditional seems to be way to go. Not only do I get to pack more into the strainer bag im able to better make sure all the water comes out. 3 table spoons gave a decent feeling for a first time. People who aren't feeling anything from the aluball give traditional a shot just one time
