Do you feel like kata is balanced at the moment, does she needs buffs (serious ones, i am looking at you 60% grievous wounds) or does she needs nerfs? For the morellonomicon, i feel like that item sucks on kat. Went on the practice tool and compared gunblade boots and morello damage against gunblade boots liandry damage and the result is that liandry deals way more damage for just one hundred more gold. If you want magic pen just get void staff which is universally better than morello, same ap, cheaper and can deny much more mr than morello (it denies 14,8 just like morello when they have 38 mr, and it can go higher and higher depending whether or not the enemies, mainly tanks and adcs, build mr. Don't forget you also have 18 magic pen with boots!). I really hope you agree with me or if you don't, please tell me where i am wrong.
