Unless you've been sleeping under a rock, you'll know that the U.S Department of Commerce on June 20th decided, in all their wisdom, that Kaspersky poses a significant potential threat to the security of the United States.
Now from the perspective of someone who couldn't care-less about having geopolitical agendas shoved down my throat constantly, this gives me an actual serious drive to keep renewing my subscriptions to their services. It's no guarded-secret that Kaspersky has been a significant player in the business and consumer security industry for many years, and I don't personally feel like that's about to change because some western political codgers have suddenly decided to influence a security landscape that has no physical borders like countries do.
I just wanted to get anyone else's take, and if anyone out there is feeling the same. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
