Edit: It seems there has been an unintentional case of double lawsuits against the same person. As a person cannot be tried twice for the same crime I will close this case in favor of the other case, which was posted a few minutes before mine. Please refer to the other post here!
So what happened?
/u/christian5670 thought he could get away with taking a picture of what is supposedly his old homework, but he was unfortunately caught in the act. He intentionally lied to the trusting people of /r/funny by pretending to be stupid as a child (which might or might not be true). What is even worse is, that this is not his original content, this post was blatantly stolen from /u/Houie although there is still doubt about whether /u/Houie made it as a child as well. /u/christian5670 even pretended to have tried applying for "fire truck school" hereby implying that he did indeed write this as a child which is obviously a LIE!!!
Courtroom gasps.
Furthermore the handwriting of the supposed child that made this supposed homework also looks mysteriously like the supposed teacher's handwriting making this entire photo a fake!
I therefore charge /u/christian5670 with:
[CHARGES]:
CHARGE: Grand Deception
CHARGE: GrandTheft.jpg according to the KarmaCourt Constitution Appendice II.
Evidence:
EXHIBIT A: The false post by the defendant.
EXHIBIT B: The original post by /u/Houie, although the homework in question might still be falsified and a fraud.
EXHIBIT C: The defendant already posted this once before with the EXACT SAME TITLE.
EXHIBIT D: The defendant pretends to have attempted to join firetruck school.
