After the Reddit admins indirectly turned relatively tons subreddits private many users of Reddit decided to move to Voat.co. Voat was unprepared for this massive influx of unique users which is why Voat is unable to be accessed. The Voat goat is now confused because it is trying to fix its playpen. :(
