Verdict for the Trial Reenactment of THE STATE VS OSCAR PISTORIUS
Post Body

BAM BAM... BAM

In a fury of robes /u/TheGrandDalaiKarma suddenly jumps onto his Judge desk and with both hands repeatedly bangs his gavel.

  • I'LL HAVE SILENCE IN THIS COURTROOM

Extending his arms toward the audience

Regarding the following attorneys gesticulations:

I have reached a verdict and it is as follows:

Verdict:
  • 1 charge 1st degree intended of murder - INNOCENT

  • 1 charge of illegal possession of ammunition - GUILTY

  • 2 charges of firing a gun in a public space - INNOCENT

The Victim Reeva Steenkamp died on that terrible night but the evidence presented were insufficient to link Oscar Pistorius to her death.

Gunshots were heards but this court hasn't been presented with the alleged used gun. The corpse hasn't been examined by legal physicians, no forensic reports or acoustic assessment have been presented.

The only confounding testimony would be of a passerby that heard loud bangs and saw lights (Mr Stipp), upon arriving he found Mr. Pistorius crying and willing to commit suicide. Which is understandable, his significant other having been killed by god knows who.

Given the evidences it is probable that Reeva Steenkamp was murdered by an unknown person.

Sentence:

Oscar Pistorius was in possession of ammunitions and for that I am fining him 200$.

This courtroom is adjourned.

/u/TheGrandDalaiKarma swifly jumps from the top of his desk and sits down

A rumble is heard as the building shakes gently, it grows stronger and stronger.

The whole courtroom is now shaking wildly and TheGrandDalaiKarma's desk begins levitating

Two blue rocket flames are propelling it up in the sky, one instant he seems waving toward the attendance, the next he is but a mere star in the sky

Until next tiiiimeeee
