There's one more episode to come where they will cover the last couple of prosecution witnesses and the defense. It's a very thorough analysis by a couple of prosecutors, Brett and Alice, from the perspective (mostly, from what I'm hearing) of how much the prosecution in this case screwed up in their presentation of the evidence in what is a pretty strong case against Read. At no time have they seemed to be in any way biased towards Read's innocence, and they are clear eyed about where the prosecution has screwed up. Highly recommended.

What it really clarified for me is that the sheer volume of evidence against Read is staggering and that reasonable doubt could be erased for many jurors DESPITE not having a fully comprehensive reconstruction of the moment of impact. John's cell phone data alone, combined with the vehicle data and the microscopic tail light pieces embedded in his clothes are inescapable. When else did she reverse at 24mph with the pedal depressed at 70-something percent?

In the latest episode they spend some time discussing Trooper Paul and the ways in which a skilled defense counsel can undermine and cast doubt on otherwise solid information from a young/inexperienced witness, it was fascinating.

If you are 100% will-never-change FKR, it might be an uncomfortable listen, but for anyone truly on the fence or more interested in the nuances of how this all transpired, it is gripping.
