I've never been a community moderator before, and this sub has been seeing more and more traffic so I'd like to get ahead of the curve and recruit a new moderator before it's too late. There's an obvious preference for experience. However, as an alternative to experience, I'll settle for someone that:

1. Has read the rules and can prove they've followed them in their own posts.
2. Can find a post that isn't following the rules and can point it out. There are probably plenty of less obvious posts because I only have time to find the most obvious and recent offenders.
