New to Kanna.

I got my first order of Kanna yesterday. I suffer from anxiety and depression and I must say its definitely put me in a excellent mood and the euphoria is nice as well. But how often is safe to dose? Is daily ok? maybe couple times a week? Any experience and input would be appreciated. Thanks.
